Thank you for shopping with Soya Studios. These terms apply to all consumer purchases made in our online store. A consumer purchase refers to sales to private individuals who are not primarily purchasing for commercial purposes.
Agreement
The agreement between buyer and seller consists of the information provided during checkout (including product type, quantity, quality, prices, and delivery conditions), any direct communication (such as email), and these Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, information provided at checkout and in direct communication takes precedence over these general terms unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

The buyer is the private individual who places an order in our online store.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs may apply and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. When placing an order, the amount may be reserved and is charged when your order is shipped.
We accept credit and debit cards, Vipps, MobilePay, Apple Pay and other methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Order Confirmation
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect via our Contact page. The purchase is considered binding once you receive the order confirmation.
Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email and an SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Any shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Orders outside the EU/EEA may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, payable by the buyer.
Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
Customers in Norway and the EU:
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting on the day you receive your item. Notify us in writing (e.g., by email) within 14 days, and return the product within 14 days after you have notified us.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. The buyer pays for return shipping. If we arrange the return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will process refunds within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return is provided.

Customers outside the EU/EEA:
Our artworks are made to order (print-on-demand) and are considered custom goods, generally exempt from the right of withdrawal. If your item arrives damaged or with a production error, contact us at contact@soyastudios.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Product Warranty & Complaints
Product quality is extremely important to us. If an item is defective or does not match the description, you are entitled to repair, replacement or refund under applicable consumer laws.
In Norway, you may complain about defects for up to two years (five years for items expected to last significantly longer). Contact us as soon as possible after discovering a defect and include your order number and photos if applicable. If the product is found defective, we will cover reasonable return costs.
Delayed Orders
If we are unable to deliver as agreed and the delay is not due to your actions, you are entitled to:
- Fulfilment: Request delivery and set a reasonable extended deadline.
- Cancellation: Cancel the order if the delay is significant or if we fail to meet the extended deadline.
- Compensation: Claim compensation for direct losses caused by the delay.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving any disagreements through dialogue. If you are in Norway, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet). If no solution is reached, you may submit the case to the Consumer Dispute Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
Customers within the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. We only collect and store information necessary to fulfil your order and provide customer service. Data is shared with third parties only when required for order processing (e.g., payment providers and logistics partners) or by law.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase applies to your order. We encourage you to review the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
